Landscape should response to strong architectural character and building statement. Identify provision for outdoor amenities to support visitor &residential needs as different ages ‘pools, different age group play areas, shaded seating areas, jogging tracks, outdoor fitness, and sports activities.

Provision for amenity within each phase.Creation of Clearly Defined Pedestrian access and circulation routes.
